Bid-to-cover was 3.02. Price was 99.702889. Total tenders were $279,448,148,200 and total accepted $97,647,910,200, including $7,647,249,400 accepted by SOMA outside the offering. Last Thursday's 4-week bill (CUSIP 912797VL8) stopped at a 3.775 percent high discount rate and a 3.839 percent investment rate, with bid-to-cover 2.81. The new bills issue September 22 and mature October 20, 2026.
