Bid-to-cover was 2.81. Price was 98.633153. Total tenders were $208,245,773,100 and total accepted $77,951,525,600, including $5,951,254,800 accepted by SOMA outside the offering. Last Wednesday's 17-week bill (CUSIP 912797WQ6) stopped at a 4.030 percent high discount rate and a 4.141 percent investment rate, with bid-to-cover 2.72. The new bills issue September 29 and mature January 26, 2027.
