Bid-to-cover was 3.07. Price was 95.551111. Total tenders were $171,170,537,700 and total accepted $59,167,062,200, including $5,166,182,400 accepted by SOMA outside the offering. The prior 52-week bill on September 1 stopped at a 3.980 percent high discount rate and a 4.161 percent investment rate, with bid-to-cover 3.61. The new bills issue October 1 and mature September 30, 2027.
