Agencies published resolution-plan feedback for 15 firms, no shortcomings
The FDIC and the Federal Reserve Board published feedback letters today, for release at 4:00 p.m. EDT, on resolution plans submitted in October 2025. The agencies reviewed submissions from 15 banking organizations with over $250 billion in assets and did not identify any shortcomings or deficiencies. They also determined that a shortcoming previously identified in the 2021 BNP Paribas resolution plan has been satisfactorily addressed.
