Bid-to-cover was 2.83. Price was 99.697444. Total tenders were $288,487,682,500 and total accepted $105,092,402,500, including $5,091,844,400 accepted by SOMA outside the offering. Last Thursday's 4-week bill (CUSIP 912797VN4) stopped at a 3.850 percent high discount rate and a 3.915 percent investment rate, with bid-to-cover 2.61. The new bills issue October 6 and mature November 3.
